The Lawson Ajax In-Line Developer is designed to automatically develop screens after exposure. The Ajax-D gently yet efficiently washes away unhardened emulsion from the mesh, ensuring uniformity across all screens. This prevents fine lines, details, and halftones from being accidentally "blown out" during washout. It is compatible with screens produced using film positives or CTS (computer-to-screen) systems.
The Ajax-D accommodates garment printing screen frames up to 25" x 36" outer dimensions. Custom cassettes or carriers are available for smaller frames.
This all-electric machine requires no air supply.
