Magic Clean Universal Pre-Treat Cleaner Solution

Lawson recommends using Magic Clean #485 to flush the lines of your pre-treat sprayer every 1–2 weeks to prevent spraying issues caused by dried pre-treat in the spray tip, pump, or lines.

This universal, fast-drying pre-treat cleaner leaves no oily residue and has a mild to strong odor. To use, place the sprayer hose in a gallon of Magic Clean and hold the purge button. Once Magic Clean begins spraying from the tip, continue holding the purge button for an additional 3–5 seconds. Flush the lines with distilled water after use.

Directions for Use:

1. Insert the pre-treat sprayer hose into the Magic Clean solution.
2. Press and hold the purge button until Magic Clean flows through the entire line and exits the spray head. Continue holding for an additional 3–5 seconds.
3. Purge the machine again with distilled water.
4. Prime the machine with Image Lock Pre-Treat Solution when ready to resume spraying.
