Ulano QLT is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast-exposing SBQ photopolymer emulsion with a high solids content (≈43%) for a thick build per coat, reducing the number of coats compared to conventional emulsions and enabling quick drying. Its exceptional photosensitivity minimizes exposure time, making it ideal for low-volume printers with weaker light sources. Stencils are highly wear-resistant, non-tacky in high-humidity conditions, and offer excellent coating control due to its high viscosity (≈7200 cps). The high-contrast blue color facilitates easy stencil inspection. QLT resists plastisol inks and most wash-up solvents, making it easy to reclaim in automatic stencil removal equipment or by hand.
