Super Simple Registration System (SSR)
Lawson’s SSR System is a Super Simple Registration method that integrates the Pre-Press Department, Screen Exposure, and On-Press Registration for any manual or automatic presses in the industry. No special tools, carrier sheets, or frames are necessary. Use your existing wood or aluminum frames—almost any size, style, or brand.
The easy-to-use Super Simple Registration (SSR) System simplifies registering your screens on press. You can turn a frustrating 30-minute setup for a 4-color job into a 5-minute setup on your manual or automatic screen printing machine. The SSR bench model alignment board has grid lines to align your film positives with frames for manual and automatic presses. A center line and alignment pins for 20" x 24" and 23" x 31" O.D. static frames allow for easy placement. Newman Roller Frames, panel frames, and other popular screen printing frames can be used with Lawson’s SSR System. Grid lines every half-inch make this a perfect system, regardless of frame size, mesh count, or print area. On-press registration is faster, and you can set up a multi-color job quickly since all colors and registration points are aligned on each frame.
The SSR System is often combined with the alignment point for the best results.
