Ulano CDF Vision is a diazo dual-cure capillary film system designed for graphic printing. Its specialized formulation controls mesh penetration and forms an enhanced cross-linking matrix during exposure, ensuring sharp printing shoulders and mechanical durability. Particulate-size control minimizes granularity for optimal resolution and definition. Texturing agents create a micro-structural pattern on the stencil’s bottom, reducing adverse effects from high or low humidity during printing.
Compatible with UV, vinyl, and most solvent-based inks, CDF Vision is suited for applications such as electronics, circuit traces, membrane switches, halftones, CDs, DVDs, ceramic decals, posters, containers, and bottles. CDF Vision-20 is recommended for mesh counts of 305–419 threads per inch (120–165 threads/cm).
